Kate Turns One!

Miss Kate turned One with very little fan fair. We had a quiet party that consisted of just her, myself, Owen and her big sister.

A perfect day at the park...

I went to the park today for a babywearing class and sadly, even though I had my camera, I forgot to ask my friend who was there as well to take a photo of me wearing Kate, so I improvised and took one at home. I was able to get further instruction on the Robin Hip Carry which Kate and I both love it. She was so relaxed she not only fell asleep at the park, but she did for 2hrs this afternoon when we were all outside.

Teething Sucks (101)

Sweet Kate is teething again. This is somewhat new for me. Tash did not get her first four (yes all at one time) until 6.5m old and you would never have known she was teething, not a fuss was made from her about it.

And a Butterfly is born..

I went back to the zoo today to get some more photos and watched this butterfly emerge from her cocoon. Amazing how their weeks unfurl and spread out.

I headed back to the zoo this morning for right at 9am in hopes that the Conservatory would be a lot quieter, therefore allowing for more pics of the butterflies. Thankfully it was fairly quiet. :0)
